Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hostel's friendly and helpful staff, highlighting individuals like Juan, Alexia, and Elsa for their exceptional service. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned, especially in bedrooms and common areas, though a few noted occasional issues in bathrooms or kitchens due to high occupancy. The included breakfast and dinner were appreciated for adding value and convenience. Many guests enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and social environment, making it easy to meet new people. The hostel's central location was also a plus for exploring the city. Some negatives included noise at night, small sleeping pods, and occasional cleanliness lapses in shared spaces, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives.
