The coffee from the machine was good
Where to begin.... The staff was rude and not very helpful. When asking them questions they tend to be very snappy in their answers. Children were out running around by the pool screaming until after midnight and could be heard clearly in the rooms. The advertised poolside bar was for all-inclusive only even when we offered to pay. Apparently they had an all-inclusive deal but it was never offered to us so we couldn't even get drinking water when out by the pool. We had to leave the hotel to get anything to drink after breakfast. When we did pay for the dinner buffet the food was barely edible and we had to pay extra for drinks. This turned out the be a flat sprite that had a lovely plasticy taste from sitting out in the sun too long. The wifi was absolutely horrible and only worked in the lobby if there weren't too many people there. Stay anywhere else if you can.
Loved all of the friendly and helpful staff. Ibrahim and Hamza on the Animation team were really great, good fun and made you feel really welcome. ☆☆☆☆☆ Hotel was one of the friendliest and relaxing that I have stayed.
Food was edible but dull. Over cooked pizza and not much choice in evening. Pool was too cold to swim. (March 2020) Unable to use pool bar if not on all inclusive.
Friendly staff supporting customers and an underinvested business. Beautiful plants and pool area. Great location for central Agadir but the hotel photographs don't show the issues. Okay if budget conscious. Please renovate this hotel to the lobby standard, to return it back to its former glory.
Beyond a stylish lobby and pool, facilities are dilapidated. Such a shame that a once stylish hotel has fallen into a state of disrepair - rotten windows and woodwork, broken lifts, unnecessary grubby hallway carpets, cracked sanitary ware, etc, etc.
Staff were very helpful after asking to change rooms!
Decor could be updated!!
This hotel is definitely meets expectations. Breakfast is nice, the pool and surrounding areas are well kept. Staff and receptionists are great and extremely helpful and kind. Hotel area was very safe as there were always security guards on the entrance and by the hotel. Also walking distance to the beach where there is a section for Tivoli guests with parasols and reclining chairs. Rooms are spacious with balconies, fridges, and comfortable beds. Highly recommended!
I wish the cleaning ladies put enough towels for three people as we booked a triple room.
