The rental experience was great, but there were some unfamiliar quirks with the car that were not intuitive. The gear shifter has a different process for shifting the car into park. one morninh the car wouldn’t start because it was not in park and we needed to take an Uber to our destination that day until we figured out why it wasn’t starting. Also, the fuel fill cap would not open and we didn’t know that the electric door locks switch needed to be used to release the fuel inlet door.Reviewed 4 Apr 2026

Easy. I liked that they went over the current damage with me. I’ve gone to other places where they just hand you the car and you have to rely on yourself to take a video etc etc to prove that previous damage was already there before you rented the car. The worker here walked around the car with me and documented everything before hand and after. Was easy.Reviewed 30 Mar 2026

Counter person was not friendly or accommodating, I asked for a copy of my contract and she said my printer doesn’t work and I asked can you print it out another printer and she said no and I said don’t you think you should’ve at least let me know that I wouldn’t be getting a copy of my paperwork maybe I don’t wanna look on my phone and she just shrugged and said sorry.
