You could have a car for me when i land in Charlotte and I was expecting the car to drive home to knoxville since my flight was cancelled. You left me stuck at 9pm at night. The service agent said we had no car even though our rental was confirmed. Unacceptable!!!!Reviewed 20 Jul 2026
