I contacted the rental agents to give my flight number and advise that the flight was delayed. I was told that if the flight number was there the agent would stay for a few minutes past closing. My flight arrived and I called the counter at 12:45 and again at 12:47am , before they closed at 1, and no one answered. No one was there for me to get my rental, then I had to pay for $100 uber when I was with my young child at 1:30am by the time the uber arrived. Then I called the next morning, the agent was extremely rude, told me the flight number wasn’t put in rental booking.Reviewed 7 Mar 2026

I dealt with a prior rental company however did not feel comfortable at the end of the experience. I decided to go with a brand in Alamo. Everything was done professionally with clarity and with GREAT value. The most important part was the amazing personalized service from Wilder in Poblado. He treated me like family. The didn't deliver the car to me because I have a foreign license. I have just moved to the UAE, I can drive my my foreign license for 6 months, but Alamo doesn't deliver the car to a resident who still drives on foreign license. I didn't end up renting the car The advertised price was wrong and they wanted me to pay $75 per day for insurance . We just went to the shuttle to the place and had to take a taxi to the airport to rent another car.Reviewed 9 Feb 2026
