When you emerge from baggage claim at Palma airport, there is absolutely NO signage or instruction where to go for your Alamo/National/Enterprise car rental. It is as if they don't exist. If you're lucky and ask the right person, you'll learn that you need to drag your bags for 5 minutes to a transportation pickup area where their shuttle will drive you 10-15 minutes to an off-airport location. No signage anywhere to tell you this. Nada. Likewise when you return your Alamo/National/Enterprise car rental, allow plenty of time. There are a couple of gas stations at the airport but they can be busy. There is no signage at the airport to tell you where their return office area is located. Again it is as if they don't exist. Your GPS navigation is the only way you'll find it; there are NO signs. Allow plenty of time. Their shuttle will take 10-15 minutes to drop you at the transportation pickup area which again is a 5 minute walk dragging your bags to the terminal. Do not count on there being luggage carts when you get dropped at this area but you may be lucky. The shuttle does not drop you right at the terminal door. Other places, sure. But Alamo/National/Enterprise is a very inconvenient choice at Palma Airport. Not recommended. Pay a little more and go with Sixt etc.Reviewed 20 Jun 2026

They do not speak German or English and very hard to understand. I mean no guidance where to just left to our own devices and it took some time to find the car. Then it was an uncomfortable car and sitting in the car for hours resulted in back pain. And finally it was not Alamo that provided the service but Enterprise which I guess they subcontract with and again the service is beyond poor. Also upon return there was not one person there to receive the car so we had to go back upstairs to find a representative. We rent cars all over the world and this was just not up to par in any area.Reviewed 19 Jun 2026

Very bad, I renting a minivan because I have Fusion and knee surgery and minivan is low and easy to get into the car, but they give me a crossover sport car, U begging to give me a minivan and they said that was a minivan , they think I was stupid plus the price was higher and I pay premium insurance for the car please verify the vendors advertising because they not honor for what I requested and payReviewed 10 Jun 2026
