Don't rent from Alamo in Cartagena, Colombia!Pros:The agent at the rental agency was nice.Cons:When we got off the plane in Cartagena we couldn't find an Alamo Rental agency! So we took a taxi. When we got to the rental agency, they said that they never received a notification of our rental & had no vehicles available. They got on the telephone but couldn't get any resolution. We got a taxi & he was able to find us a rental but the price was very high & the insurance we had purchased was useless.Reviewed 2 Dec 2016
