Cons:I asked for a full size car, was given a compact SUV, was told that was an upgrade. Negative, the Chevy Malibu I requested has more cubic square feet over all than that compact SUV. We had a wedding party for our daughter's wedding and wanted the space, but I could barely get our luggage in this compact, much less more people with room.Reviewed 9 May 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly and drop off was easy. Agent even asked if they could have done something to make my rental better. Great Alamo team in Kalispell at FCA.Cons:May just be a mountain thing and all cars being parked outside but car was pretty dusty.Reviewed 8 May 2021

Pros:Yes the staff was great and drop off was easy.Cons:The rental could have been a little better. The backup camera glass was broken and the windshield wipers wouldn't shut off.Reviewed 14 Apr 2021

Pros:Yes the staff was friendly enough, though the clerk at pickup was not very well trained. Pickup took far too long...as though they were not ready for me even though I had pre-registered.Cons:The car was out of California with summer highway tires...not suitable for winter driving in Montana where we have snow and ice. A car with these kind of tires should never be rented in Montana in the winter. The low-tire warning light was on...2 tires were under inflated. This should have been fixed before renting the car. The wiper blades needed changing for they would not clear the windshield adequately.Reviewed 1 Jan 2021

Pros:Pickup and drop off were easy. The person who helped me get checked in was very friendly and helpful.Cons:Online services and phone services were TERRIBLE. The online customer support system is essentially nonexistent and when I finally got through to people on the phone they were discourteous and unhelpful.Reviewed 13 Dec 2020

Cons:A asked for a small Volkswagen. I was on a personal visit to a sick friend on a reservation during Corona and I did not want to stand out at all. I know it said "or similar vehicle", and I would've been ok with any car that was actually SIMILAR. But they gave me a really weird car, especially for Montana - a CHEVY MALIBU with New Mexico(?) plates!! I had to get another car at twice the price from a competitor, but it was still better that ridiculous sports car they wanted to give me.Reviewed 2 Oct 2020

Pros:Was put in a reservation that I have canceled three weeks prior. Was supposed to get a compact SUV my evidently the agent did not take the time to figure it out. After a long and exhausting day of traveling I couldn't put up a fight and just needed a vehicle.Cons:Attention to detail by the Alamo/National representatives at the airport might have resulted in me being put in their correct vehicle that I booked and made this a better overall experience. The car I received had not even had the interior windshield clean as it was covered with a greasy film. This made it very difficult to see out of the glass and I felt unsafe the entire time I had the car.Reviewed 22 Sept 2020
