They charged me extra because they didn’t have the car I requested (needed automatic transmission) and would not price match - ended up paying a ridiculous amount for 3 days. Got a notification that there was an AirTag tracking us and found one right in the glove compartment. Overall not a good experience.Reviewed 6 Apr 2024

Pros:Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to find the car rental counter and car.Cons:The car had a lot of miles on it and had some mechanical problems. Rug pads had been oiled and we had to flip them over otherwise they were super slippery and it was difficult to drive.Reviewed 21 Dec 2019

Lack of automatic vehiclesCons:They had no automatic economy size vehicles and tried to charge us more to get a larger automatic vehicle. We insisted that they give us what they have, as our reservation included an automatic and we cannot drive manual. They made us wait an hour and fight with them before giving us an automatic Ford Explorer. If a rental agency does not have what is promised it is on them to fix it NOT at the customer's expensive, both time and money. Very frustrating.Reviewed 2 Dec 2018
