Easy to pick up and return. They also suggested me to pay a little more so I don’t have filled it with gas when I return the car. I accepted this offer and I payed for that because I hate to have more stress on my last day looking for a gas station to fill it up. You never know if you are going to have the time to do that. I usually are worried about getting to the airport and not losing my flight. What could have been better? To provide more instructions when returning the car. Using Google Maps I found out how to drive and return the car. But it could help to have a drawing of the building showing where do I drive in and what I will see going in there. Google Maps help a lot but doesn’t provide a foto of the entrance to return cars. Also, I saw a lady backing up her car away from the “scary metal blades that could destroy the tires”. If you provide a picture of that telling that it is okay to enter with your car and drive over those blades when returning the car, that would help a lot of people that are not familiar with these things.Reviewed 27 Aug 2026

First reservation confirmed by formal email, but found out no cars available when coming for pick-up. I finally got a car after 2 days of waiting. Personnel blaming the system for not working and constantly complaining about their work conditions, or other colleagues being absent. Was probably given fake info about the impact of not taking extra-insurance. Level of English of some employees was very poor. Forgot my reading glasses in the car when bringing it back, employee did not inspect the car properly. Absolutely unhelpful the next day when I came to collect them. Refused to call their colleagues or the car driver to assist me and refused to provide me a phone number to follow-up pretending it was not allowed by law in Spain. Unbelievable. I rented a dented up damaged car, and the staff assured me it was all documented. I was so busy taking photos of the huge dent on the rear bumper I didn't notice the small dents on the roof. You can see them faintly in the video I took, but now they are trying to scam me for $2000. I had the car for 3 hours total, and never once had it out of my sight. It took us over 90 minutes to get a car that met our needs. The front desk agent was not very friendly, but the man that helped find us a car was very dedicated and nice to deal with through the experience. Other cars in the category would not fit our luggage other than the 1 car we requested. The front desk agent offered an upgrade to address the issue but then pulled the offer. The only reason for giving this rating is that they couldn't arrange the car for me and no one even thought of informing this in advance. I checked out of hotel with my family and huge luggage and then when i reached their office, they told me that they couldn't arrange the same car or matching car. All they had was small cars which cannot fit my family and luggage. I was in the street and it was a mess for me and my family.
