The customer service was excellent during both pickup and drop-off. The instructions were clear, and the front-desk staff were professional and didn’t pressure me to purchase additional coverage for my rental. As usually happens. The car was mechanically well maintained, but its appearance was quite poor, with numerous scratches and old dents. Because of its condition, it was difficult to tell whether any damage was pre-existing or had occurred during my rental period.Reviewed 8 Jul 2026

Was just a flawless experience at the Phoenix sky Harbor location using Alamo skip the counter service save me so much time I went straight to the garage picked up my vehicle from the aisle and was on the road under 10 minutes.
