Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's unique and artistic atmosphere, great location, and excellent restaurant food, especially the pizzas and Buddha bowls. The staff and owner received positive mentions for being kind and supportive. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, reporting pests and lack of proper maintenance, and some found the service lacking, particularly in terms of responsiveness and management. Safety concerns were also raised due to stray animals on the property. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its ambiance and food, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
