Room and bathroom were less than sanitary. Stains all over the bathroom floor and tub. Toilet screamed when flushed and shower barely worked. Drug users next door partied all night into the morning and mistook our room for theirs at 2am when returning with late-night munchies. Never staying there again and don't expect any other guests would either.

Pros (+) The location was excellent- right near UMass and lots of shopping.
Cons (-) The rooms were very outdated. The handle to control the temperature of the shower in our room was broken.

Pros (+) Staff was nice. Sheets seemed clean. Decent breakfast. Close to town. Lots of parking. Rooms have refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons (-) Rooms are dated. Carpets are old with stains. Bathroom has mold and rust. Front desk staff wear whatever type of casual clothes they want. bathrooms are stocked with two small bath towels.
