Excellent pool.
The “breakfast was a disappointment, even among roadside hotels offering “continental breakfast.” Not worth the trouble.

The location was excellent- right near UMass and lots of shopping.
The rooms were very outdated. The handle to control the temperature of the shower in our room was broken.

Get what you pay for
Staff was nice. Sheets seemed clean. Decent breakfast. Close to town. Lots of parking. Rooms have refrigerators and microwaves.
Rooms are dated. Carpets are old with stains. Bathroom has mold and rust. Front desk staff wear whatever type of casual clothes they want. bathrooms are stocked with two small bath towels.
