Cons:Dirty Stained carpet No elevator (carry suitcases upstairs) Moldy tub
Cons:Rude lady at breakfast would not allow access to coffee without full breakfast. Shuttle to airport was a third party that took a while to arrive.
Cons:They only had decaf coffee in my room.
Cons:the carpet in the halls needs to be replaced. I pre-paid for stay through kayak but when I checked out the hotel lost the information from Kayak even though I called the day of check in and they had a record of me. The front desk woman Stacy was very rude and wouldn't help so I asked for the manager and he said there was no record so I showed him my email confirmation. Finally he found it but they charged my credit card for the last 2 days. The manager blamed Kayak and told me to never use Kayak, to only book a room through the hotel. The food was over priced and just mediocre.
Cons:This place is horrible. It's located right next to a lake where planes land and take off starting at about 6 AM. There's no chance you're able to get any type of sleep at this place unless you're heavily medicated. Factor in the price and it's a stay away for sure. I actually paid for two nights but left after one and double paid to stay somewhere else so I could sleep.
