Hotel, needs updating and a new coat of paint, , the rooms are full of mismatched furniture and other stuff, bed were comfortable, carpet was new in 1990. The low cost for Anchorage hotel has seen better days, it is right next to a church with numerous homeless people wandering around and in the alley and parking lot. Felt safe, but others may not

Pros (+) We stayed in a large, spacious room with separate shower and toilet. Check-in was easy, but nobody showed us to our room. The room appeared to be clean, but I didn't check under the beds, as I had read the reviews of others.
Cons (-) The breakfast consisted of a serve-yourself counter to Costco croissants and coffee.

Pros (+) I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about. I rarely leave reviews, I am very easy to please, but this was one if the worst places I have ever had to deal with.
Cons (-) I was BLOWN AWAY by the horrible staff and their rudeness. First I was told I did not have a reservation (for which I had already paid in full), then I was told I would not get the two double beds I had reserved, instead they would give me a king. Considering I was with a co-worker, this is completely inappropriate. Finally, I was able to get a room with two beds, but they demanded my card. They s...

Cons (-) Rooms smelled like smoke and no continental breakfast was offered as advertised and no offers were made to make up for the loss of our breakfast. Inn seamed to house the homeless on a weekly or monthly bases. I am glad these people had a place to stay, but They asked us for money and cigarette lighters. Not what we were looking for on our vacation.

Pros (+) Location was okay
Cons (-) Very dirty. We found used q- tip on the bathroom floor, and the fridge had yellowish ice in it. The motle has a its own restaurant, and the lobby and walkway felt like the back of the restaurant kitchen. Okay for one night stay only. Will not book again.
