Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had a negative experience at this hotel, with frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, unsafe surroundings, and unprofessional service. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, inadequate bedding, and issues with crime or drug activity in and around the property. While a few guests appreciated the low price or convenient location, these positives were generally overshadowed by concerns about safety, noise, and lack of basic amenities. Only a handful of reviews mentioned friendly staff or comfortable beds, but these were rare exceptions in an otherwise overwhelmingly negative set of reviews.

Hotel, needs updating and a new coat of paint, , the rooms are full of mismatched furniture and other stuff, bed were comfortable, carpet was new in 1990. The low cost for Anchorage hotel has seen better days, it is right next to a church with numerous homeless people wandering around and in the alley and parking lot. Felt safe, but others may not

Pros (+) We stayed in a large, spacious room with separate shower and toilet. Check-in was easy, but nobody showed us to our room. The room appeared to be clean, but I didn't check under the beds, as I had read the reviews of others.
Cons (-) The breakfast consisted of a serve-yourself counter to Costco croissants and coffee.
