Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, describing rooms and bathrooms as dirty and poorly maintained. Many guests also report negative experiences with service, citing lack of staff presence, poor communication, and issues with check-in. Shared and unclean bathroom facilities are a frequent complaint, and several guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price paid. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
