Pros (+) I loved the room. I liked the service. I was very happy. I did not have any issues. The staff was great. I did not have an issue at all. This was a great value. This hotel was exactly what I needed.
Cons (-) There was nothing I did not like.
Pros (+) Desk clerks were friendly.
Cons (-) Only one elevator was working so it was a bit of a wait. Nothing drastic though.
Pros (+) I am always skeptical about some of these sites but the rooms were just as described! We had a noise issue, however I called room service they quickly took care of the problem! The staff was nice. We are definitely staying again. Thank you comfort suites!

My 17 year old daughter slept in our bed because the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. I had to get on the elevator to get ice because the machine on our floor was out of service. Pros (+) From the online reservation to checkout, everything was smooth and easy. The night desk attendant was friendly and helpful when we arrived and got us checked in quickly. Once we made it to our room we were pleased -- it was a nice size and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pros (+) The room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast is terrific. The bed was comfortable and they even had two types of pillows to choose from-firm or fluffy.
