Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near AT&T Stadium and other attractions, making it convenient for events and sightseeing. However, many were dissatisfied with the value for price, citing high costs during event periods and feeling overcharged. Service quality was also a concern, with several guests reporting unfriendly or inattentive staff and issues with amenities like elevators and room maintenance. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and comfortable, while others noted hygiene issues. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive, but improvements are needed in service, value, and upkeep.AI-generated from customer reviews
