Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, beautiful ocean views, and the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. Many enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, especially the onsen baths and scenic surroundings. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness in rooms and common areas, with some guests finding the decor dated and some facilities in need of renovation. Despite these concerns, the positive experiences with service, views, and food stood out for most visitors.
