Pros: Was adequate for the convenience of being handy to the Events Centre where I attended a conference

Pros: The staff at this location was great. They were very pleasant and helpful. The location was ok in terms of walking distance to a grocery store and motorway access as well.

Cons: Parking is terrible. There isn't enough parking for the number of rooms and other businesses around this location. Also, the rooms in the Ibis side of the hotel are REALLY small and you cannot get room service in the Ibis side; only the Novotel side.
