Cons:I had reserved a small or compact car (I hate driving large vehicles on unfamiliar roads). They offered me an F150 (large pickup) or a van! They were good enough to at least get me a large SUV, which was less of a pain but far from what I had reserved.Reviewed 1 Apr 2019

Tire pressureCons:Low tire pressure alarm sounded on the second day of our rental. I checked the air pressure in all four tires - over 50 psi in three tires and less than 25 in the fourth. Obviously, this is a safety issue that could have resulted in a blow out. Avis' staff should perform simple checks like this (also oil and other fluids) as a part of their prep.Reviewed 12 Apr 2016
