They gave me all electric car without offering me an alternative. Never used one before and was not aware of the hassle it is to find a charging station.Reviewed 11 Aug 2026

Avis promised a Cadillac, a full luxury car. Instead, they provided a Kia with 35,000 miles on it. It was a mediocre exchange. I asked for a financial compensation for that downgrade and I was told that Avis may take care of it later. It feels like a bait and switch to me.Reviewed 30 Apr 2026
