They cater to lots of young, obnoxious, and drunk people for weddings in the summer. We had to deal with lots of crude and loud jerks in the common facilities. Also, even though check-in is 4 PM, they couldn’t get us in our room until 5:30 PM, which made things difficult since we had a young baby.

Pros (+) The staff was amazing. Very accommodating. The rooms were very nice and the views were amazing. My wife and I also enjoyed our massages and the staff there were very friendly and helpful as well.
Cons (-) The restaurant located in the main lobby expensive. I didn't not see many alternative options for food/dining.

Pros (+) Staff very helpful and attentive.
Cons (-) $350 for a room that resembles any Comfort Inn, at best. Parking and Valet is nothing short of a disaster. I understand the greed and the location but when you over charge guest and the shower isn’t working or the toilet hasn’t been cleaned (yes someone had to come clean it) that is just in your face ridiculous.
