9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is superb, with a view to the sea and surroundings of the peninsula, napolitan islands, gulfs and beachs. Worth it the dinner in the hotel with a diversity of Italian food, and value for money. However, avoid the rooms facing the courtyard where the hotel organize weddings with music into the night, beyond midnight. Impossible to sleep. In a **** hotel is not acceptable to disturb the quiet of the guests with this kind of disturbance.
Cons: Parties with music that disturbs the quiet of the guests. last night I was in the Hotel, at 00h40 I call the reception because I couldn't sleep by the noise caused by the music. The noise finished 5 minutes later, however till the music stop it was impossible to sleep. I had need wake up early in the morning, because the timetable of my flight. I complained, and the manager of the hotel decided to discount in my account the night. The decision was right, however don't pay for one night poorly slept. The hotel needs to decide weddings or guests
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Views are amazing , room are Italian style and abit dated but beds are really comfy and big .The rest of the hotel is super modern and kept very clean ready for weddings here ,Pool area kept very clean with spectacular views of bacoli town .10min walk down the hill to the clean beach bars and restaurants , brilliant music and food , sea water clear and warm but shallow do great for kids , Just a bit hard work walking back up the hill in the hot heat .
Cons: Rooms , could be modernised ,saying that , weather was nice and view was so amazing why sit in your room .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff. very tasty food. amazing view.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything good
Cons: Except rude unwelcoming swimming pool attendant
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a superb position and you can truly enjoy the view of the sea and Naples gulf in every direction. Room (junior suite) was very spacious for the three of us. Facilities are generally well maintained but here and there there is minor glitches (that could be avoided...) SPA on the top floor is superb (but in fairness not a natural thermal SPA - only mentioning as this is a vulcanic area with lots of great natural and historic thermae) Breakfast is good and restaurant for dinner is great (and there is discount for hotel guests) There is a good size parking for hotel guests.
Cons: Room wardrobe could be bigger (given the space in the room)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating.. The views were stunning. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers and sitting by the snack bar. The public areas were nicely arranged and comfortable.
Cons: The standard room was very basic and small with nowhere to sit and relax, the rooms were also a little tired looking. The cable tv chanels were not working. There were weddings on most days of our stay and this impacted on the capacity of the staff and limited access to some public areas. There are a lot of steps both inside and out, many of them without hand rails.

7.1 Good
Pros: Quite and comfortable. Good views from the room. The second floor had renovated rooms, with a modern style not reflecting the local taste and colours. Very nice shower.
Cons: It would be good to have a second chair on the balcony and to have a mirror in the room.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice view from the hotel, nice staff, transfer from the hotel.
Cons: Not clean bed and bathroom. Bathroom old and also bed linen are already not nice. Breakfast very simple, every day the same. Location very difficult to reach the hotel, staff recommended us only Lucrino beach and porto di baia, but it was very unclean and boring. We recommend to fo by train to Torregaveta. There are nice beaches.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The view from the room was nice
Cons: The spa they announced to have was not working, they don’t pick you up at the airport neither and to sum up the receptionist was very grumpy. Really bad experience
7.5 Good
Pros: I wasn't crazy about the property. Nothing much negative or positive I have to say about it. I think the property is mostly used for weddings, hence not a lot of people stay there. Breakfast was ok. The staff is nice. The rooms are old but rooms with balconies have a nice view of the town.
7.0 Good
Pros: breakfast ok. Location difficult to access.
Cons: noisy events late into the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location it was outstanding with breathtaking views everywhere. Our room had been renovated to a great standard, the bathroom was lovely and the bed was huge. Shuttle bus was a life saver to get up and down the hill.
Cons: Not advised for people who have trouble with lots of stairs as the hotel is on different levels and no lift. Our shower floor was very dangerous as it was extremely slippy when wet. We had to stand on a towel to shower. Hairdryer only ran for 20 seconds then it would turn off for 5 mins. One chair only on all balconies !!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a beautiful room with a view. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. There is a solarium available on the terrace, with a great panorama, perfect area to relax and have a drink or read a book. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant is amazing, coffee is delicious as well.
Cons: Although the area is beautiful, it is a bit difficult to access. If you plan to rent a car, then it's perfect! Otherwise, the hotel offers a shuttle at certain times, but for moving freely around, you'd have to depend on taxis and they tend to charge extra. The breakfast selection was quite limited, we would have liked a bit more variety.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great building with parking. Great view to the sea and surroundings. Friendly staff good breakfast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had same thing every day. Need salt and pepper at table

5.0 Okay
Pros: Well, personnell no english spoken, so minimal Italian we communicated. But they try and they were nice, No problem. Cheap, clean enough, peaceful place with car parking behind a gate. Not a lot of to see......around were some restaurants and bars and shops.
Cons: Breakfast was a little poor. First they offer only croissant with jam or nutella. And cappuccino. I asked by Italian language, dont you have a bread, cheese and ham?. Waiter said no. I said ok and took my croissant and coffee. Later other worker bring a little box ham. And next she found a cheese. I thought does they have a bread......and i roll a cheese and ham together and started enjoy my breakfast. Waiter rush to me and says no no no.....and gave to me a bread. Ok, finally tutto bene. :)
6.3 Good
Pros: Stuff was helpfull
Cons: Brekfest booring and not comfort beds
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds fantastic and breakfast lovely
Cons: Everything Very friendly and helpful staff
4.6 Okay
Pros: Room was clean - more I cannot think of.
Cons: Unfriendly staff!!! The moment we arrived and they noticed we dont speak Italian, every move they had to do (i. e. Use the passports for verification), seemed to be too much work. Also they wanted the car keys to move the car themselves in case they had to rearrange them. Didn't give them the keys since it was a rental and car was parked in a corner not blocking anything. Guess what - Drama again. Finally they called the manager, who wanted to sort things out quickly and we could proceed to our room. Room itself was ok, at least clean. Bathroom quite small. Challange to shower and go to the toilet. Sleeping: Unfortunately you could hear a lot through the walls and from the streets.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very neat and tidy Staff friendly and helpful. No one speaks much english, but the tried very hard to be helpful. Excellent coffee with breakfast Lots of restaurants nearby
Cons: Everything good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well located, at 100 m walk from the beach. The interior is simple, but functional and charming. Owner Maria is competent and effective: we had a little issue upon arriving, which she solved quickly and satisfactorily.
Cons: Everything was fine. Recommended!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect, parking included and staff were very accommodating. Beach access just outside; AC was great!
Cons: Only café breakfast included in off-season.... not very diet friendly
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly cafe downstairs, staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Cons: Bathrooms need updating
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. Although it’s a bit tricky to get to the area by public transportation, but it’s definitely worth it. It’s clean and tidy in the hotel and the breakfast was rather good.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and supportive. Don't miss out an using the foosball table on the sixth floor!
Cons: The bathroom flooded when taking a shower, as a shower curtain was missing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great location to train and airport. Nice big room. Great bed.
Cons: We haven't been to Naples before, didn't like all the people hanging around outside. It's also a shame with all the rubbish everywhere.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really close to the station and it didn’t take us long to walk to all the places we wanted to see.
Cons: It was very noisy. VERY busy area!! If you can see past the rubbish on the streets all around the hotel, and the abundance of market stalls all around, Napoli is an exciting city to visit
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast Patience and kindness of receptionnists Rooftop
8.0 Excellent
Pros: - Next to the Naples train station - Big spacious room with very comfortable bed - Excellent wi-fi connection
Cons: - Breakfast option is not included - Washroom is small

Starhotels Terminus - Naples - Building
6
8.4 Excellent (3,969 reviews)

The 169 rooms and suites, furnished with precious fabrics in warm colours, provide guests a panoramic view of the city or of the magnificent courtyard. The Odeon by Eataly restaurant offers both international and typical Neapolitan dishes, while the Odeon by Eataly bar is the ideal place to enjoy a genuine Neapolitan coffee, as well as light snacks and exquisite cocktails. The scenic terrace on the 7th floor has a spectacular view over the Bay of Naples and in summer it becomes a perfect setting for romantic evenings accompanied by live music performances. The hotel's 8 meeting rooms can host up to 200 people and are equipped with the most modern technology. They offer all the space required for holding business meetings or private events, impeccably organised by a staff of expert professionals.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was its location - directly across the street from the Naples train terminal. That made day trips extremely convenient; no waiting for numerous subway/metro stops. Easy access to Herculaneum/Pompeii, and Sorrento. Also convenient (but less so) to walk to the historic district. The staff was very friendly & helpful, and spoke English very well. The Eataly restaurant on site served us a great meal our first night (but see below about breakfast!). Decor is modestly posh - the lobby area is very spacious and seating is very comfortable. The bar served us good drinks.
Cons: Well, first of all, we stayed there for 4 days/4 nights in January. We only had adequate heat one of those nights! The next day the maid turned our thermostats down all the way, turned the fans to low, and then turned the systems off entirely - talk about weird overkill (management said that was never allowed)! A couple of nights there was no heat at all. Another gripe was the breakfast buffet: advertised as "American" breakfast (odd, considering that we were the only Yanks there), the scrambled eggs were very undercooked every day, meat selection was so-so, "bacon" was fried ham - not pancetta, and no good cheeses (except for the presence of small containers of ricotta - went well with the fruit). The pastries were pretty good, with the Neapolitan chocolate cake (with almond flavor?) being great, and their Neapolitan version of sfoglia being excellent. Apricots were good, and they had a jar of delicious cherries every day. Finally, being across from the train station, the traffic was really busy, and Naples drivers are overly fond of their horns - for any reason (& no reason at all). Not the fault of the hotel, but it was kinda noisy until later in the night, when the crowd thinned out.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Bed was super comfy, the rooms were very clean, shower was hot and had good water pressure, the included breakfast was amazing!
Cons: Only thing not so good about this hotel is the location. Right next to the central train station, which is convenient, however the area is sketchy. Lots of pickpockets
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was well located in what is probably the only clean pet of Naples
Cons: Not the fault of the hotel but Naples is the dirtiest city I have ever been to.
7.7 Good
Pros: Overall the hotel and room were very nice. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Also, the restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner. I was here to present at a conference and the conference rooms of the hotel were nice and they provided folders, papers, pens, and water for participants. The hotel was right next to the central metro station which was very convenient to get on the metro and do some sightseeing. However, I don't think this hotel is in a "tourist area" and it is more where the locals go to catch the bus and the metro.
Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area and the room I had was noisy. I would not go out after dark. I was sexually harassed on the street one night while I was trying to get dinner. During the day was okay though. The room was also cold at night and no matter what setting I put the thermostat at the temperature never changed. The tv and treadmill in the fitness center did not work. Also, the business center was not available due to renovations. In addition, I asked the front desk staff what/where there was to sightsee and I was just given a city map with no indication of where things were located. The woman just circled a broad area of the map and told me to go there. That was not helpful at all.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Clean good value and THE closest to train station. Other hotels advertise they are close but you would have to navigate across very busy streets. Staying at this hotel because of its proximity to the train station was the best move we could have made!
Cons: Staff was not helpful over a few small matters.
6.8 Good
Pros: Excellent location, clean room and good breakfast.
Cons: Extremely small room with very soft/worn mattress, safe deposit box in room does not work and extremely small shower stall (can't even bend down).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and sumptuous breakfast.
Cons: The heater can only go down to 25-30 degree celsius so it can be quite warm/hot in the room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern and stylish hotel conveniently located next to Naple's main station with easy access to everything. Spacious room and bathroom. Perfect insulation from outside noise. Excellent breakfast. Courteous staff
Cons: Nothing

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and express check-out. 8.2 Excellent
Pros: Good, spacious rooms. Good view from some of the rooms. Staff are helpful and courteous. Very good location.
Cons: The re are not that many choices for breakfast and lunch. Same menu repeated.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location of this hotel in Naples with a lot of restaurants along the boardwalk to the bay of Naples with magnificent views. We had a room on top floor with large terrace and sun chairs to watch the sea and fortress. Great breakfast with sea view from all tables. Convenient with parking in the garage under the hotel but expensive.
Cons: Very tricky to drive to the hotel in small narrow streets so one better have a small car. The room had only heating in the Italian "winter" that became very warm.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: uncleaned towels with disgusting smell!! they tried to charge me for 60 euro more!!
7.4 Good
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the location was perfect, the cleanliness too.
Cons: the water in the shower was not so warm
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were great and the room was terrific. There was a great balcony and the view was incredible.
Cons: The shower was awful. There was only a partial "door", and water got everywhere when you took a shower. We had to cover the floor in every towel we had in preparation for the swamp that followed. The pool also required swim caps which was weird and a big bummer because who wants to wear a swim cap?
Palazzo Caracciolo Napoli - Mgallery - Naples - Building
8
8.4 Excellent (3,090 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The sophisticated decor of the 146 rooms in this stunning hotel help create the perfect blend of historic detail and modern comfort.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: My partner and I had a lovely stay here. It was a short walk from the train station, and we were able to explore Naples on foot easily from the hotel. The staff were fantastic! We made the most of the facilities (spa and room service). It made for a very enjoyable stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I had my first experience in the hotel's spa and it was super relaxing. I also booked to travel to Pompeii through the hotel and the reception staff were more than helpful.
Cons: I only had one bad experience when I first ordered a steak from the hotel's restaurant. It came out raw even though I'd ordered medium rare. When I brought this to the waiter's attention, the steak was replaced immediately.
7.7 Good
Pros: Common spaces were beautiful and location great. Restaurant was delicious for dinner.
Cons: Sub-par rooms, no kettle in room, clueless staff (nobody knew what a bath mat was, for example), broken fridge they wouldn’t fix (they said it’s supposed to be warm!), took 30 minutes to get my car (they had said 15 minutes), also no breakfast. Stayed at a much cheaper and nicer hotel down the block. Wish I had booked that hotel for my days in Naples! You can get much better value than this hotel. A fail for the Sofitel chain.
7.0 Good
Pros: Modern, typical of a chain hotel. Dinner & breakfast nice. Staff helpful and obliging. Comfy bed, good quality linen & fluffy towels.
Cons: Outside of hotel - whole road dug up and cordoned off so difficult to walk around. Had booked 2 superior twins, we requested a double in advance, hotel obliged but gave us a standard double and it was basic with a view over air con and roof. The twin we also booked was large and had a pleasant enough view at the front of the hotel. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a spa, appreciating that this was an additional charge we asked how we go about using it on a Sunday afternoon. We were told that the spa was closed but we could book it for the following day, we were checking out the following day. This was disappointing. Final point- Excellent shower but over the bath which filled to the shins with water in both rooms, so not a one off plumbing issue.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were lovely and the hotel very comfortable and convenient - good small gym and bar area outside too
Cons: The hotel restaurant staff were slow and the menu not enough choice and overpriced
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Poor service, and the wifi did not work for 2 out of 4 days of stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms and the Palatial interior Courtyard
Cons: Neighbor was a little rough but eclectic
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Loved the area - very old area of the city. Neighborhood is very real (not glitzy or pretentious) and gives a view of the quotidian Napoli. Some of the oldest and best pizzerias are in this area.
Cons: Key cards did not work reliably for rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Palazzo Caracciolo was the best part of my visit to Napoli. I have dreamed of visiting this part of the world for many years and without my stay at the Palazzo Caracciolo I think I would have been a little disappointed in my visit to Napoli. The Hotel was fantastic!!
Cons: Weather
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is a beautiful building inside and out. The staff are very friendly and take time to make your stay as comfortable as they possibly can. They gave us some smashing suggestions for evening meals and sorted reservations and taxis. The bed and shower are the best!!! Rooms are nicely decorated and quite large and clean. The breakfast was very very good and again the service was super. The bar was quiet when we were there but again the staff were super friendly and chatty but not too chatty if that makes sense. Security outside the hotel made me feel safe
Cons: I’d suggest adding a kettle to the room and possibly set the aircon cooler. Our room was very warm and the outside noise quite loud!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful courtyard with inexpensive breakfast that is all natural and organic including traditional Italian meats
Cons: The gym facilities are terrible for weightlifting. Good for cardio.

4.0 Okay
Pros: I did not take breakfast. Lift is too small and emvironment is not good. I left hotel before AM7:00 but reception (counter was closed becasue too eraly) so I had to return room key at reception door.
Cons: I expected Naple a beautiful bay (my image) but entrance of hotel was not like a normal entrance. Early in the morning, I took reserved taxi to airport, I had to stand out of Hotel since I did return key. Once I get our, I can not enter the hotel door.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, perfect rooms.great!
5.3 Okay
Pros: Modern interior, very nice bathroom, close to port for ferries.
Cons: Noise of the tv from reception
7.7 Good
Pros: I liked very much the hotel and we enjoyed our staying. The room was super- designed, even if it's a bit kitch, like a table suported by 5 angels =) We stayed at lux, and we had really cool jacuzzi (thouth it was loosing water, and after ll th floor was wet). In general we liked it, i would've put 9 from 10.They also recomended vr good restaurant downstairs, it calls Castello Nuovo (I guess)), the food was amaizing!
Cons: The onlu one thing that there was confusion when we arrived. We couldn't find the hotel, coz it's not like they have some billboard on the road or adv ecc. We took the elvator, came to the door of the hotel, and no one opened a door to us, coz' the guy from reception left it... we were waiting kinda 15 min before he came, and we were thinking that they just have stolen our money and our bank accounts are already empty.... lol...and 1 more thing, i didn't like that there was a lot of garbage downstairs... but it's what Napoli like!!! U can do nothing.

Pros: Comfortable bed, room service food was decent, check in was easy.
Cons: Drilling and hammering at 8:30am, room was a bit dated.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Angelo at the reception and Anna from housekeeping
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very accommodating.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a fabulous facility with wonderful staff, especially the dining manager.
Cons: Not really. But it was shocking to see such a fine hotel in such a horribly, run-down city.
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean
Cons: Thought the price was quite high for the area
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Tea making facilities appreciated. Lovely and quiet too.
5.8 Okay
Pros: breakfast good, rooms nice, good lobby bar, free shuttle service to train station
Cons: the whole area, where the hotel is located, is in a sad state of decline. Everything falling apart, dirty and shops, restaurants closes very early. We were told off by the local police to walk there at night. The area, where the shuttle service drop of passengers, are so dirty, full of garbage and drunks.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Very attentive staff and maid service. Restaurant rivals most of what I ate in town.
Cons: Pretty far on foot to public transportation. Not convenient to city center on foot nor to many dining options.
6.8 Good
Pros: The hotel was fine - not a great location; in what seems to be the business district so not a lot of services around.
Cons: Found hotel on your website and specifically chose it for airport shuttle service. After walking around the airport and lugging a heavy suitcase, I was told that there was no shuttle. Then spend considerable time and money to get to the hotel. Overall, it cost me an additional $35 euros for the transportation. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere less expensive or closer to the metro.

Pros: Perfect breakfast, room, location
Cons: -
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staffs (who are wearing uniform) are kind. Close to the station and neighbouring restaurants.
Cons: The room was very different from the sample pictures. I should have realised that one of them is obviously different from the other fancy ones. Approaching road was darker and dirtier than expected.
7.0 Good
Pros: excellent position, price and customer service.
Cons: some rework at first floor, so it was not very clean
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was big. The location it's ok, I chose it because it was close from the train station and it was, going to Pompeii was easy and fast, from the hotel. But if you are planning to know Naples itself it's not very well located.
Cons: The walls are very thin, I could hear people walking and carrying bags in the corridor. The double bad was actually two singles putted together.
7.0 Good
Pros: Sweets at breakfast. Location.
Cons: Four star hotel in Naples is really 3 stars anywhere elsewhere. The station area is sleazy, but convenient for old town and taking s train to Pompeii. The staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast full if sweets from the local bakery.
6.0 Good
Pros: It is near central station, water presure was great.
Cons: The hotel is more like a 3* , the breakfast was cold in everyday , not have butter or cheese, the rooms dont have a balcony, also they charged for city tax , even i payed it to booking .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was a good plus. Great location next to Piazza Garibaldi, a nice walk into the centre or a quick journey in the metro. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help. For the price paid, I was very happy with the experience.
Cons: The room wasn't quite as they appear in the images, a little smaller and less maintained. This isn't a complaint though as the beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom was great and we got a good price.

7.7 Good
Pros: Very clean and helpful staff. Convenient location but not a great neighborhood. That said we still found a lot of good restaurants that were walking distance and travelled in a group
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful friebdly. Great selection at breakfast.
Cons: Location is great for the main station but is in a tired looking area down a side street. This i would not like to walk in the dark.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was a good size and the location next to the train and the airport drop off was perfect. Lots of places to eat nearby and really the whole city is reachable on foot. Don't worry about being near the train tracks either, the room is so sound proof the night trains did not disturb our sleep at all. Many people comment about not feeling safe in this area but we did not feel unsafe. There are many police around and in general it is the same problems you would face in any bigger city. Just be aware of yourself and surroundings. Even at night we never felt unsafe. It is a great place to stay for the convenience and price. We would stay here again.
Cons: Everything was great!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, fun decorations
Cons: nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: The stay was comfortable and good.We had a balcony attached wid our room. The bed was cosy too. Very neat and clean. Except the location, everything was ok.
Cons: I didn't like the location. It was near to train station and everytime a train passed by the room was vibrating. I have stayed in various Ibis hotels but they had better breakfast options. The breakfast option in ibis Napoli were very less. I think they should look into that.

Pros: It was comfortable and very clean. Alexandro and Salvatore are helpful, professional and friendly. I have stayed in this hotel several times as the location is ideal - it’s near the train station, metro and buses. Thank you both.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike.
7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms
Cons: Reception team is helpful, however, i think that they need to be more friendly and engaging with guests.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great hotel in great location. Comfortable room size. Shower slightly too narrow so water went onto the floor but water was hot and it was clean. Breakfast included lots of choices. Dinner was excellent, really filling for the money. I stayed for business and I would stay again as it's very central.
Cons: The bathroom door handle was broken and it was a little shabby around the edges.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly, convenient location
Cons: Stairs
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding staffs, friendly place.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Far from my expectation particularly the facilities in the hotel. The staff are nice and helpful but not good enough for knowledge of the city.
Cons: Facility is too outdated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location to the rail station, funky fun rooms
Cons: The area to walk through is a bit rough looking; but otherwise really good value
7.1 Good
Pros: Close to railway station and handy to town. Great place to come and go from.
Cons: Building is old and seems to be struggling to exist at all. It is a beautiful building of a by gone era. Noisy, lift worked about 50% of the time.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: The amount of keys needed to access the place
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: They sent you to a address and take you to another one, and after you have to return by yourself (15 minutes walk) for check out with your suitcases. The shower wasnt working, only cold water with a 0 degrees temperature at that time we were there. They didnt have another room to move us, plus they didnt offer anything to make up for that, and we had to walk 15 minutes with our suitcases for the checkout.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel provided transfer to the place of our stay from the central office and the person who drove us was very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and spacious, with a balcony looking at Piazza Dante. Big comfortable bed. There was a kettle and tea bags supply. House keeping service was great.
Cons: It was difficult to find the central office for check-in. We didn't have internet access and the address is never mentioned in any tourist maps. The locals couldn't direct us either. Actually, nobody knows where Vico dei Pezzi is! The receptionist wasn't quite welcoming. They refused to accept a €500 banknote. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, though the room itself was very clean.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location! Access was easy and the area busy at night. Lots of bars and cafes nearby, not to mention all the sites! Make sure you get a public travel pass and try to get to see a show at Teatro San Marco! Nearby Starita Materdei Pizzeria is simply the best! Take their €7 per person shuttle service from the airport! It’ll make arrival easy and there will be someone waiting with a board with your name on.
Cons: Lack of a breakfast facility. Although we know it wasn’t included, we felt that the name ‘B&B Quatre Stagioni Dante Suites’ was a little misleading. A minor detail though. Plenty of cafes nearby but unless you like cake and espresso, finding anything else is near impossible.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Although the accommodation looks great and beautiful, and I guess, they have some rooms of this kind, the one we stayed in lacked some good atmosphere. The window opened to a dark yard and not to the square as indicated in the pics, the bathroom was very cold, both in decoration (as in a hospital) and in temperature. The only means of heating was in the room and nothing in the bathroom - it was January. Also, some tiles were cracked and the room would definitely need new painting. I also had several issues with the booking - the accommodation does not allow late check-in, which only turns out after booking and payment, or would allow it for 50 eur, which I consider quite expensive. They were not helpful or understanding in any respect, it was a great disappointment for me. I also contacted booking.com for some support, however they were neither able to find any solution. Finally they charged 3 nights for 2 as we had to stay at another place at the first night due to being unable to check-in. I would definitely not stay there again and neither recommend the place to anyone. I must also add that I am not over-critical at all, I have always written great reviews for my hosts and never cared about small problems.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice simple room right in the middle of Piazza Dante. Location unbeatable, right by the tube and city.

Pros: Is great location with good views. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wonderful staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The open spaces, high ceilings, room floors and polite staff
6.2 Good
Pros: The staff was helpful and nice
Cons: They need to update the hotel a bit it's very dated it's like stepping into 1945. They need to make the hotel like Thr terrace they have on the very top there is a restaurant there and it's the only area of the hotel that I would consider a 5. Star.they should use the style of that restaurant for the entire hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: I thought that the staff were excellent.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Generro (spelling) at the front desk was wonderful. He made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel staff was superb. I would absolutely return.
Cons: The only downside was the Caruso restaurant. It was overpriced, the staff was horrible and the food was not good at all. The hotel really needs to start completely over. With so many wonderful options everywhere around you, avoid it at all costs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, position was perfect
Cons: Room balcony was a home for seagulls.
6.5 Good
Pros: Old. Needs a complete renovation of interior. Wi fi also needs to be updated and strenghthened. Location and rooftop restaurant are only selling points right now.

Cons: Parking is quite expensive and it took 15-20 mins to get the car back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room and great location. Staff also friendly and helpful, which is the most important thing in my view.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, if small. Very nice breakfast and bar area on the top floor.
Cons: The location on Piazza Garibaldi is convenient but has its drawbacks, number one being the loud and crazy traffic. The windows are good at blocking almost all the noise, but some gets through.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located near train station in Naples in a "rough" neighborhood, the hotel was a quiet oasis. Had early morning train to catch. Without asking the staff offered a bag breakfast to take on the train.
7.0 Good
Pros: the rooftop lounge has a great view and is a nice place to sit in morning or evening
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location in the middle of Naples. Main station, buses and metro very close. Hotel is stylish and especially like the rooftop area. The bedroom was clean and very comfortable;e with a bath too. They even provide bath salts on request! I would personally like to thank Monica & Giulioma for their help and insights into where to go etc and especially Monica's map of the city. HINT: We got a 3-day Artecard from a newsagent in the station. It was €32 each which includes entry to at least two tourist places i.e. Pompeii & Herculaneum both of which add up to over €25 plus it includes unlimited travel on the buses, metro & Circumvenusia train to Sorrento. Bit of a bargain really!
Cons: Nothing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Roma where spacious. The location is good if you need to use the train ( It is located opposite the Napoli Centrale Station).
Cons: We had four rooms. One of the rooms had a bad smell. Thanks to the staff they changed it quickly.
7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast and the staff very nice. They gave me a room upgrade
Cons: The carpet in the room, it’s smell terrible! Too much noise from the street! I couldn’t sleep! The mattress was not so confortable

Cons: Bathrooms need updating
