Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent location, especially its proximity to Napoli Centrale station and public transport, making it ideal for travelers. Cleanliness is also frequently highlighted as a positive aspect, with many mentioning tidy and comfortable rooms. However, some guests note that the rooms can be small, and there are mixed opinions about the service, with some staff members described as friendly and helpful, while others were less accommodating.
