Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its excellent breakfast and the exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. The location next to the Therme was appreciated, though many noted inconvenience due to ongoing construction and complicated access. Cleanliness was generally rated highly, but some guests experienced issues with room maintenance or cleaning. Complaints included lack of air conditioning, noise from construction, and unclear pricing for spa services, which affected the value-for-money perception. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere, good service, and breakfast stood out.
