They have charged 15 dollars extra as insurance without prior information.
The car was in terrible condition: damage at the back, scratches and dents everywhere, and an extremely dirty interior. Most concerning, all four tires were badly worn and did not appear safe to drive on. I raised this with them, but they refused to replace them. Providing a car in that condition is simply unacceptable. They also have no actual office at Baku Airport — someone just brings the car to meet you. They tried to charge me an extra $10 because my flight was delayed, require around a €200 security deposit, and charge high administrative fees for fines. Poor condition, questionable charges, and serious safety concerns. I would never rent from them again. Stick with established international rental companies at Baku Airport.
