Next day after the car return I have been charged a hidden service fee of 36 manat (22 Euro) with no explanation. That made my daily rental 50% more expensive than booked on Kayak. Apart from that, upon pick-up an employee @GYD airport had tried really hard to upsell me an extra insurance. Not satisfied with such a customer service from Hertz Azerbaycan.

When I went to pick up the car I was told that the system had cancelled my booking even though I had paid up front. The whole 2 days that I had the car I was being harassed continuously by the car rental Organisation. All together the experience was extremely irritating.
