Guests frequently complain about the hotel's poor cleanliness, with issues such as dirty rooms, mold, unpleasant odors, insects, and broken amenities being repeatedly mentioned. Many reviewers also express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful or unprofessional staff and problems with room assignments and maintenance. Breakfast is another common point of criticism, described as insufficient or of low quality.
