I’m buying this mattress...never slept so soundly in a hotel in my life! Wow! Gorgeous facility, my new fav spot when in Baltimore.
The lobby/bar was inviting at all times of the day. The hotel was beautifully appointed. While the Chop Room restaurant was in a large room with high ceilings, it was so intimate, the food was excellent and the large window was fun for people watching and enjoying the architecture of the area.
Terrific location, beautiful reconstruction of an abandoned pier into a premier hotel. Excellent staff and on the whole, very good service. Very comfortable, elegant, and quiet sleeping rooms. Did not dine at the hotel but it certainly had attractive facilities for dining.
Quibbles, really. Could have had more explicit instructions as to how to use the Chromecast feature of the TV and when we asked for help, it took 40+ minutes for someone to come - by which time we had decided it was too late to start a movie. Step by step on-screen instructions (as we have seen elsewhere) would avoid this problem. Room could also use more hooks for hanging robes etc.
The views were great despite it being cold and grey outside. The restaurant was beautiful. Though we only had drinks at the bar, I would have eaten there if we had more time. It was refreshing to stay in a hotel that has a great window with beautiful street views and lots of light. The rooms were just right for two of us. I really liked the couch on the end of the bed as a nice touch for hanging out at the end of the evening.
Honestly not much. We stayed in the courtyard view rooms on the second floor and the only downside is that you really need to keep the blackout blinds drawn almost all the time or else you are looking into someone else's eyes.

Fine dining and drinks on the premises are a treat at Rec Pier Chop House and The Cannon Room.
