Always a very pleasant and professional staff. Have stayed here quite a few times. It used to be more for business and transit but now more for leisure. Of course with current COVID-19 circumstances many services are suspended as they should be. Look forward to staying here again!
As I mentioned, a number of services are suspended due to COVID-19 and company is taking the time for facilities renovation. Personally, it is a pity my own travel was suspended and had my status reduced from Platinum to Gold (not quite to Lifetime Platinum yet). Honestly, cannot think of what Renaissance could do better!
Breakfast in Flavors Cafe is excellent with much variety but out of my 5 nights there, the menu did not change much.
I am a Titanium Elite Member and in all hotels that I have been staying in China and London, I am always upgraded to a Suite Room. But with Renaissance Bkk Hotel I was not upgraded. I guess I should have opted for other Marriott hotels in Bkk. For my next visit in Bkk, I will stay in another Marriott Hotel.
We stayed a room with club lounge access for vacation. All the staffs were very friendly and eager to help anything. We had a very special and happy memory owing to all the staffs. Special thanks to minh, aoi and maprang. Appreciated.
A good start to luxury
Exceptional service and staffs. Breakfast buffet has great quality and decent selection, a little bit on the pricy side(880B). Room are made and cleaned very well to every detail. Location is great, really close to light rail and about 15 min walk to night market. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing to complain
My little baby was sick during the stay. The staff offered us more than just assistance to help us get through the toughest situation I’ve ever faced in my life. They have earned me as their lifetime loyalty customer
The pool is basically indoors - while is on the roof and nice, not being outdoors was a major disappointment for me
Good choice for Bangkok visit
Great location (near SkyTrain), excellent staff at front desk, nat, taxi/arrival and lounge on 21. Rooms were normal size with good design/decor. Bar area was nice. The executive lounge was great, perhaps only needing a little more hors d'oeuvres variety at happy hour but I loved that they made cocktails to order.
