Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, friendly and helpful staff, and good value for the price. However, several reviews mentioned poor service, unprofessional staff behavior, and issues with cleanliness such as dirty towels and bedding. While many found the hotel suitable for short stays and appreciated the comfort and safety, others were dissatisfied with hidden charges, lack of amenities, and negative staff attitudes. Pros (+) The location and airport pick up make things easy. The room is comfortable also.
Cons (-) The front desk is excellent, but the cleaning ladies are rude. For some reason the maid told me to clean the room myself when all I wanted was them to empty the rubbish bins. I travel a lot and that was a first for me. I will never stay there again because of this.
