Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to reach major attractions, public transport, and local amenities. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Bed comfort was also a recurring problem, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or poorly maintained mattresses. Noise from the street and within the building disturbed some guests, and while service was sometimes responsive, there were also complaints about staff availability and helpfulness. Overall, the location was the hotel's strongest point, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and noise management.
