Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore Bath on foot. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with many describing rooms as spotless and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms contributed to a restful stay, while the availability of on-site parking was a significant bonus. The friendly and helpful service from staff and owners was also frequently mentioned. Some minor issues were noted, such as small bathrooms, occasional low shower pressure, and the lack of breakfast, but these did not detract from the overall positive experience.
