The room was spot on! And a big thank you to the staff that even in this difficult situation they were able to make ourselves feel perfect
staff were very helpful with information on reception and in the Spa facilities. Room had everything that you needed Lovely big comfortable bed. Very clean. No complaints whatsoever.
Great service, brilliant food and very comfortable room. The spa is fantastic with a lot of variety and beautiful pool
Expensive bar and snooty clientele
The hotel is in a very good location
The service in the hotel was totally unprofessional. The service staff entered the room without nocking the door and made the apology, that he thought we are not there . We were really surprised in a negative way . In the morning nobody informed us , that we have to wait 20 minutes to get the breakfast . We were asked to wait in the waiting room , where coffee run out , there were no cups , tables were dirty . Finally at the restaurant we were waiting long time for our hot food order and they delivered the wrong one . Later at the reception the service staff said , that it happens on Sundays . In this case, why it’s not organized and communicated in a professional way? The toilets in the lobby area were out of toilet paper . When we left the hotel, no one noticed us , as the staff behind the reception desk were chatting to each other . The room price is really very high compared to the service you get .
