Friendly staff, top-notch service. The room had a wonderful atmosphere. Meals at its restaurant, the Olive Tree was excellent too.
A very well run hotel perfect location to stroll into Bath - food superb
The room was at times a little too hot
Lovely room, very comfortable
Couldn't find any tea making facilities in the room
The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to help. The complimentary valet service was very much appreciated as the area is very busy. The hotel feels like you are in a luxury version of your own place that landed in a lovely city.
A little bit expensive even though I went through booking.com. Breakfast was very nice but only served through 10 on saturdyas and 10:30 on sunday. I definitely recommand the "same same but different" bar 100 m away who served the best breakfast I ever had and for a very good price, cheaper and better than at the hotel and open through 1:30 pm...
The room was good and the beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was very poor; staffed by very inexperienced people; this needs urgent attention.Absence of tea/coffee facility in the room. A small frigde with drinks.
