Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were good. Breakfast was ok too.
I got a room in the 3rd floor which was noisy for traffic. The toilet was noisy too. I only stayed for 2 nights and would have made more of an issue of it had I been staying for longer. The room rate was at the top end when compared with their local competitors (the Europa / The Fitzwilliam) etc) so I will consider them when returning to Belfast. Even so it’s still a good hotel but no longer my first port of call
Staff very friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable, great location
Phone wasn’t working, heating in the room was broken
We enjoyed everything about our trip
Breakfast was not great. I found the sausages tasted and smelt like they were very close to they're expiry date. Croissants were a little stale also. We also had to wait 10 minutes on a table.
The pool and the changing rooms were so unclean. The "executive rooms" were far from executive and I would not like to have seen the standard rooms. The breakfast was not up to scratch, it was crowded and the staff were unprofessional.
