Great Experience
Would stay there again for sure
Fantastic hotel & outstanding service!
From the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly and treated like a valued guest. The service in all areas of the hotel was the best I have experienced at any hotel. The rooms are beautifully updated with very well appointed bathrooms. Entertained clients on three occasions at the Curtain Club. Could not have asked for better service. Nicholas in the Curtain Club should be commended for a job well done. This will certainly be my go to hotel in Berlin for future stays.
Not a thing.
Weekend conference and a bit of sightseeing.
Everything. The room and meeting facilities were excellent.
Nothing (well, besides the weather).
3 Day business stay
Location at Pottsdamer Platz is excellent; next to the former wall, and well located for easy access to most points in the city. Checking in on Sunday morning after a flight from the US, tends to be iffy, however, the Ritz had a room waiting for me, and were expecting me. The hotel interior is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed, large, especially for European standards, and very quiet. The bar and restaurant was excellent. Only quibble I had was with the gym: small, smelled, and illequiped.
Staff was amazing, wellness center beautiful
Restaurants are fairly expensive
This Hotel WILL NOT Disappoint!
Staff were "over the top" good.
Club level had an added cost.
I always stay here when I'm in Berlin
Location, rooms, TV screen, friendly, efficient staff
Breakfast, while good, is overpriced. They should just make all rooms €15 per person per night more expensive, make breakfast inclusive, and charge the outlandish rate for non-guests. Oh, and put back roast potatoes into the breakfast menu! For those of us with cholesterol issues, all the eggs, cheese and sausages are useless, and make breakfast devoid of anything hot other than tea or coffee.
Luxurious but chilly.
Very attentive and helpful staff in a beautiful facility. Chocolate Day special event was wonderful. The room was very nice but not warm enough. Hot chestnuts as pocket warmers are a nice touch.
The heating system was not adequate for the cold weather and we had one whole day with no hot water. Breakfast is pricey.
The quality of the rooms is second to none. The staff were polite and friendly. The lounge area with comfortable armchair seating and a fire was an excellent place to relax after a day's shopping.
There were obviously high security guests staying and we had to walk a long way around to get back to the hotel as all the streets were cordoned off - as well as being scanned before entering. Having to explain to the police that we were staying there and had to go through was not straight forward and felt intimidating. Perhaps if we had been given some form of id other than the room key to show it would have been easier.
We were very impressed with this hotel--our room was well-appointed and spacious, the staff was amazingly professional, helpful, and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location. We stayed on the club level and we really enjoyed the lounge area--the breakfast was delicious and the staff there was particularly wonderful. We would recommend the Ritz-Carlton Berlin to anyone.
We thought the internet access was way overpriced. It was available in the club level, but not as wifi--you could only use their computers. We paid enough for the room and parking--on the club level I think internet should be included or at least wifi available in the lounge.
Excelent club floor facilitioes( club lounge)
Absolutely fabulously decorated, marvelous rooms..ranks with the best in which I have stayed, and I have stayed in nice hotels. love the heated bathroom floors.
Wish it were on k'dam...but for tourist attractions, it is in a better location.
quality of breakfast
quality of room service
This is an excellent hotel. Their staff is extremely professional. The breakfast is amazing.
Fantastic hotel with fantastic facilities. Nice big clean rooms. The Staff was very professional, and very nice. We highly recomend this hotel, and we "will-be-back". Alexander Platz is just out the front door.
This is absolutely, without qualification, the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. Every person on the staff was very well trained in their area of responsibility and understood not only the core concept but also the nuances of being in the hospitality industry. Although the Ritz Carlton is considered a luxury hotel and could never be described as inexpensive, it is a hotel that understands value at every level of operation. I recommend Ritz Carlton and especially its Berlin, Potsdamer Platz, hotel enthusiastically.
Great Service, Front desk staff and the rest of the crew were great!
