Pros: Excellent location. A 5 min walk to train station. Hotel is right in the heart of town....Our booking was pushed back and I didn't get prompt reply from the hotel regarding the change. This is even after I called internationally to confirm the changes & still no follow up thereafter.

Pros: It is so convenient to train station and in good area. It was the only hotel where breakfast was not included which made the room price less. And I liked going to COOP and Starbucks.
