Pros (+) The beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was super convenient. It was near a Walmart, food stores, and many restaurants. When checking in the person at the desk was extremely nice.
Cons (-) The hallway smelled a bit moldy. There was no elevator (i understand it’s only 2 floors, but after a day out in the hot heat, climbing any stairs is the last thing I’d like to do). The toilet started to over flow after one person used it. I called downstairs and the person who answered didn’t offer to help or send someone, she offered me a plunger to do it on my own. Cons (-) Hallways smelled terrible. Bed uncomfortable. Asked for towels sent to our room and never got them.
Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was good and had a nice variety.
Cons (-) Non-smoking room clearly used to be a smoking room and stunk. Hair on shower floor. Description states memory foam mattresses. Our room had sprung mattresses in which you could feel every coil. Bathroom exhaust fan caked with dust.
Pros (+) It was convenient to where I needed to go and close to major roadways. Beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is quite nice and served early.

Pros (+) Room was very comfortable and close to the front. Hallway was never noisy. Shower had hot water. Plenty of towels. Overall I would come back again.
Cons (-) Breakfast eggs tasted like cardboard . Breakfast syrup holder only had 1 tub in it and wasn't replaced although they had plenty of sugar free. Otherwise the breakfast was plentiful. This View is not the Comfort Inn which it had been in the past .
