Great location can walk to old village in a few minutes. Friendly staff. Nice pool and spa. The hotel is a bit outdated. Thin walls and windows making it a bit noisy. Fireplace needs to be fixed.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly. They gave us free breakfast due to the mix up on our booking. Everyone we passed by was amiable. The location was right next to the main strip of shops. You could walk if you have the energy and endurance of the cold. Lots of room in the fridge to bring home leftovers. There is also a kuerig. So bring your own pods. I'd recommend buying bottled water since their water ...
Cons (-) The back parking lot ramp to get into the building is really strange. It's unnecessarily maze like. The air conditioner is loud but you HAD to have it on otherwise it'd get too hot. Even when the room was at the target temperature it would still run. This isn't as big of a deal because everything is functional. But they cut corners severely when remodeling. Cons (-) The desk at check in stated the A/C was not working but that if we opened the window we would be just fine. What he failed to mention is that not only was the A/C broken, but they had the heat blasting in the hallways and our tiny 4th floor window only opened about 1". when we got into the room around 9pm it was about 80 degrees and never cooled down.
