The staff was nice and friendly We had a smoke free from but the room has a smoke smell to it that gave us all headaches by the time we left.
Nice The pool wasn't open
Great, romantic rooms No microwave ☹️
Modern rooms, easy access to casino, spa, and restaurants!
Comfortable room No Comedy Central on the TV
Very welcoming and friendly. Great experience with food, pool, and the casino. Rooms were nice and very comfortable.
Having a hard time coming up with something I liked. The first thing I noticed on this visit was that the valet was backed up and under staffed by poorly trained teens. It looked like New Year's Eve at the valet but it was a Monday night in April. The hotel was far less clean than it was 4 years ago on my visit and the pillows were horrible.
Very clean, friendly and lots of things to do at your finger tips inside of the hotel. Didn't like the resort fee attached per day that jumped up bthe price another $50.00 if you stay for four or five days
Pool was nice and the amenities were nice. Pillows were like sleeping on furniture cushions
Bedding The way you are treated when you have a problem
Room service was prompt , friendly , hot, generous & delicious. Had a beautiful corner suite w view of the marina.casino & pool staff were friendly and polite. Will definitely return.
Great hotel. The shower rocked. It was a walk in with 3 shower heads. Definitely showered more times than I needed to. I booked it through orbitz. They jacked up my res. I called them 3 times before before my stay and it was still jacked up. As for my experience at the hotel. I have no complaints they helped me and we got everything smoothed over.
Beds Hard to get a drink a casino
Nice rooms ! It was raining so it was nice to have more then one choice of places to eat in the hotel
We were very pleased with our stay overall. The room was perfect & the buffet was amazing!
The staff was awesome and the rooms were gorgeous. Sometimes the valet could be a little rude.
Got upgraded to Suite level! Smells like smoke everywhere
The staff was very friendly. Nice location. Beautiful views Can't find any complaints
The room was cleaned and view was amazing. I didn't get to swim in pool but the pool was amazing like paradise just the sight of it. Casino was very cleaned. As well as the bathroom. Few staff members we talked to were extremely sweet. Valet was free. Loved that it was still fairly local to other restaurants. Doesn't look very smoking but it does smell. Made my allergies act up. Was the one concern we had coming but wasn't to bad. Very cold inside. Waitress took forever coming around or bring drinks back. Hated having to take two different elevators to get to the rooms. Wish there were a few more shops in there.
The rooms From check in to hotel entering(elevator's) is very long and the parking is far away
Great location, room was clean. However the check in line was long and slow not enough people working at the check in. Once I got to the desk it didn't take long to check in being that I had already pre checked in. The faucet in the bathtub was extremely hard to shut off. If it wasn't tight enough water would drip. Other than that it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.
Received wonderful upgrade with an unbelievable rate! Very clean and restful Great, friendly staff Cigarette smoke in casino area, but to be expected
The room was awesome. Big jacuzzi tub in living area. N/A
I liked the pool and the room was very welcoming. I didn't like that all of the plugs were loose and wouldn't charge my cell phone or fit any plug that I decided to plug into. The bartenders did not greet their guests not say thank you to them and all appeared to be in bad moods not smiling. I really didn't like the $50.00 charge pending on my credit card when I checked in, when it was supposed to be $10.00.
Room was large and very nicely decorated. Valet was backed up so we opted to park ourselves and take our luggage in. Huge mistake!!! You must walk all the way from garage through casino, up escalator, down hallway to elevators. It is a very long haul with luggage etc. Front Desk very rude at check in. Got to room, heard water dripping, could not turn off bathtub faucet, called front desk (this was 5 minutes at most after check in) thought they would just get us different room. Very rudely told that they would call maintenance. No one came. We put towel in tub and shut door to try to muffle noise. Also the drape across bottom of bed was dirty! We left next day to go sightseeing. Returned at 5:00 p.m. to hear water running, not just dripping, all lights in our room was left on, the sliding glass door was wide OPEN, and a bottle of febreeze was left in room! We called housekeeping and the manager did come and apologize, they aren't sure why all this happened. Was a little unsettleing to say the least. Maintenance came and tightened tub handle very tight to try to keep from dripping, said it would take couple hours to change out faucet, would have to wait until we check out!!! Except for Stephanie in housekeeping, we were never formally apologized to for all the inconvienence. When we checked out and found we had to pay a resort fee, we told them about all of our problems we incured. She said "sorry bout that" Never will we stay at a Golden Nugget again, nor will we gamble, eat or step foot in again!!!
Great price for overnight stay.
Hotel was quite clean and modern. Limited staff at the desk. Good water view. But the casino was far too smokey. And only one Black Jack table open at 9 AM. In contrast, the Palace Casino across the street, is non-smoking and most Black Jack tables open in the morning.
Room was clean and well stocked. Very quiet. Nice staff. Slot machines didn't off often if at all. Dinner buffet needed more selection.
Great stay for the price...Excellent service and beautiful and modern accomodations. Nothing
Really enjoyed the room. Had a great view and the jacuzzi tub was awesome!!!
The food The room had a bad smell and the carpet was wet
loved everything about it ,felt like we were at a very special place !! We would love to go back and would recommend it to all .
Great views, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a generous casino. Who could ask for more? Extended pool hours would be nice.
Very nice atmosphere. Felt welcomed. The resort overall was all a good experience. Would definitely comeback again. Should have longer hours for the swimming pool. Didn't like that on a not so busy day, customers have to pay for the chairs by the pool. Especially since we had kids
The staff was friendly and helpful For the cost I expected a much higher quality room. The toilet rocked on and had loose leaky bolts, and the outlets were loose in the walls. Definitely not what I'd call $249 a night quality.
Nice amenities, clean lobby Average pool, hotel and lobby main areas really nice but our room was missing the wand to open and close one curtain then we realized it was broken on the floor below laying in a pile of potato chips from the prrvious guest. Television is small for the size room we reserved and the 2nd night of our 2 night stay the bathroom and hall lights would not turn on. I assumed it was a GFCI but could only locate 1 and it was working correctly. The hair dryer and make up mirror still worked but not the lights. Do not plan to stay at this property in the future with children.
First time staying at this hotel but we loved! Play in the casino, excellent restaurants, room was great! We wanted an ocean view not the roof top of other buildings. And the room was so far from the elevator, felt like walking a mile
As always, Beau Rivage is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly at all levels and the service is always top notch. There is no bad view from the rooms whether on the Guld side or the Biloxi side. I wish I could stay there more often and will as much as I can get back down there. I made reservations about 6-7 weeks in advance and got the room I wanted for $150 on a Friday night. Great value! Just wish there were coffee makers and refrigerators in the rooms. That would make it a perfect hotel.
Hotel was as good as any one in Vesga. Great theme and decor and excellent staff. We got in late too late for the buffet but they had a heat 24hr restaurant in the lobby, right next to the Casino. It was the best 10 hours I ever stayed in a hotel!
Overall quality is going down
Rooms were luxurious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant off the main lobby was good. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! No complaints!
It was clean, pleasant, friendly, and a great atmosphere. Our bedding was damp from the cleaning crew just finishing our room, but other than that NOTHING!!!
very nice staff resort fee, can not justify to gamble in their casino
It was a great deal for the money however we only stayed 2 nights instead of the 4 we would have liked to stay do to the weekend price increase! Still a beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly employees! Oh and the food in the casino was awesome!
Everything was wonderful. The only negative thing I have to say about our stay is the hotel room smelled of stale cigarettes. NOTE: I chose and was given a "NON-SMOKING" room.
The shower curtain was nasty!
Ordered breakfast never got it had to call and they say we didn't see there it is.
Great price. Even though my room was non-smoking, I could smell smoke in my room, in the hall, Etc.
The room was average. It is not a 3 star. The food was nasty. Twenty dollars for a buffet and everything was not good. I will stay at IP from now on.
Staff was good and friendly . Phone did not work in room . To loud for children at night. To many hidden fees . No access to the Stake and Shake for children . Room had a funny smell.
I had a fantastic end room that was roomy and had great views. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would return. Siri wasn't much help getting me from the highway it keep wanting to give me hotel in New Orleans
The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are huge and spa like with a vanity. The decor was absolutely beautiful throughout the entire hotel. The service was awesome It literally took housekeeping 3 minutes to bring extra towels. And I can't forget the amazing view we had of the bay with the huge windows in our room. There is literally nothing to dislike about this place. The parking was a little awkward if you self parked because there aren't a lot of spaces but it's a new place and their building a garage soon.
Easy to check in, friendly staff. Beautiful room, great balcony and comfortable bed.
When we arrived at the hotel, I thought I would be walking into an outdated hotel from the 70's. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised! The tooms are spacious, very clean and modern. The rooms contain all the conveniences of home, including pots and pans, silverwear, plates and glasses. You can cook to your hearts content if you choose to do so. The bed king bed was comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. I definitely would return and stay again!
how to room with a pool side view and the tub had hair the car but had not been vacuumed and the Fourier Kyle still needed to be cleaned. Called for an upgrade and was given another room at no cost but lost the view.
Bed was comfortable. At check-in, I was told the room had "limited Gulf View". Upon arrival to room we noticed that there was ABSOLUTELY NO view ! Outside our window (which didn't open) was a roof and a 10-12 foot wall!! We could see only a small amount of SKY if we looked straight up! Very poor!. Housekeeping awakened us at 8:40am even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, AND we were checking out anyway that same day. Bathroom had been renovated, but we were not told there was no bathtub--only a shower. On the morning of Check-Out--there was only one (1) desk clerk, and the line of people waiting to check out was very long--poor management of front desk personnel!
Nice room with great features. Front desk employees were great! TV in the bathroom was in a bad location. Housekeeping workers were rude and inconsiderate. Entire lobby smells like smoke.
coffee pot in room, blow dryer and etc in room...... the A/C did not cool off room, and when asked why I couldn't call next door, it was because my deposit was in CASH because I did not read the FINE PRINT that said I needed $100 credit card.......I was told that the room normally runs $139 and since I already received a discount from KAYAK, that I was not entilted to any SENIOR Citizen discounts.....And because I was handicapped SORRY, but no accomodations for that to my room.
Crabs that's all Room was old and musty poolside rooms were insect infested-just because I went through Kayak I felt I was given the worse rooms. My sister's TV did not work and three maintainece men could not figure it out. I have stayed at Treasure Bay at least 12 times and this was the worse stay ever!!!!!! The best part was the Buffet-very disappointed in hotel. The soap dispenser in the shower fell and cut my toe! My sister's didn't even have soap!!!!!!! Shame on you Treasure Bay!
Tower room and casino Older rooms by pool are dumps. Stepped in gooey sticky spot on floor. Those rooms should be 40$ no more.
The room was great the casino very friendly machines and personell food was reasonable and good. Smoke was very thick in several places due to my wifes allgerys we couldn't stay long in the casino.
We went for my mother's 50th birthday and had a blast. The staff were amazing and the service was great. We had about 4 generations attend the celebration, some who gambled and some who did not, and everyone had a ball. The kids were about to walk across the street to visit the beach, the gamblers were able to hit the casino, and others just enjoyed the nice accommodations. The rooms were spacious and clean and food was good!
Location was awesome. Went to concert across the street. Food venues close. Carpet needs changing.
Everything They didn't give me a receipt.
It was easy to park, good location for easy access to restaurants and shops, staff were friendly. No gym
The room was very clean & comfortable - the bed was firm and the A/C can turn the room into a meat locker if you wish. The location of the hotel is great, within reasonable walking distance of both the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock casinos. The continental breakfast was very basic. We ate it once but skipped it on day 2, opting to buy a nice breakfast elsewhere. Unless your budget is extremely limited, or you simply don't care about breakfast, don't bother with this one. My only other gripe is the hotel's main entrance is awkwardly located near a corner intersection, which is nigh impossible to turn left into. My best solution was to take a left at the next light plus a couple of backstreets, entering the side driveway instead.
THIS HOTEL IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HARD ROCK AND BEAU RIVAGE CASINOS AND VERY CLOSE TO MOST OF THE OTHERS IN BILOXI. THIS WAS AWESOME, UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS THE ONLY AWESOME PART OF THE EXPERIENCE. IN MY OPINION, THE FURNISHINGS AND DECOR WERE VERY DATED FOR THE PRICE. IM NOT OPPOSED TO STAYING IN A CHEAP HOTEL, BUT WHEN I SPEND OVER 150 ON A ROOM I HAVE SOME EXPECTATIONS THAT WERE NOT MET.
location, staff, cleanliness, free breakfast as an older man I like to take a morning stroll around the hotels ,but this hotel had no where to sit and rest
Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was great and service was excellent.
My stay there was great, everything about the hotel was great! The only thing that I might say was alittle negative was, getting to the motel is a little tricky ,other then that it was great!
Nothing Room was dirty upon arrival, no management available at night, rooms are over priced, and house keeping was rude
Location of the hotel was good. Right across from the beach and close to restaurants. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Air conditioning was out in one of the rooms and instead of allowing us to move rooms, they sent maintenance in the room TWICE and still was not able to fix. Finally they agreed to give us another room. And that was only because there were other guests at the front desk while we complained! Parking is pretty bad as well. Should have went with first intuition and stayed at holiday inn!
Bed wax comfortable And room was clean. Gravy At Breakfast Was Horrible And The Toilet Was Coming Off The Floor.
Easy access from interstate and short drive to beach. Clean for an older property. Pool was nice for the kids. Wireless 'high-speed' internet was poor and virtually unusable. Hot breakfast options were not as advertised.
The room was roomy and clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful
It serves hot and a variery of breakfast food. You make your own waffles. It was nice and quiet. Check out was before 11:00 am and check in after 3:00 pm. Late entry early dismissal .
Comfortable As with most hotels with room ac units the musty smell from the water on the carpet.
Nice room, and overall atmosphere . Our initial room was a smoking room which smelled like a Bar room. The staff however changed our room to non smoking without hesitation. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Also a nice complimentary breakfast is included. Smoking room smelled absolutely horrible, very slow elevators , very small pool .
The pool was being torn out while we were there. We always book a hotel with a pool so the kids can swim at night. They were disappointed. The construction was loud, messy, and caused congestion at the entrance to the hotel.
Staff were super nice. Great location. Walk across the street to the beach.
Liked the bed and location The staff upon arrival was very unprofessional. I called the night before my arrival to confirm the room I booked, and I thought I had booked a non smoking room. The receptionists confirmed this on the phone with me. However, upon arrival was told I had a smoking room. I explained that I spoke with someone the night before and was told it was nonsmoking . The receptionists said that she was there the night before my arrival and she did not speak to me yet she was the only one answering the phone. I checked the details of my booking and determined that I had misread the room discription and that "smoke free high speed" didn't mean non-smoking but meant smoking with free high speed internet so I made the error ,but it still doesn't justify the receptionists lying to my face about speaking to me the night before. Also we filled the tub and the water was yellow not sure if it cause by a cleaning agent or what, but in any case we opted for a shower instead. This was disappointing since the tub was a big factor in booking this room. Also the room smelled like an ashtray so we purchased some air freshiner because we didn't have time to look for another room
The Location The condition of the building smelly like water mildew very old furniture and appliances not worth the 250.00 I paid. The Holiday Inn is a very nice hotel to stay, but this hotel made them look bad. I wanted my money back not satisfied at all
Service was good. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooom was clean.
I enjoyed the staff and room. It has everything I look for in a room. I just wish we had a little better view but I am sure I could have for more money.
Service in all areas from was great. The restaurant was wonderful. Really enjoyed the upstairs bar. The only real complaint was that the glass shower surround leaked onto the floor.
The shower is heavenly. You will seriously loose track of time while you are in this shower. It's amazing. The bed is amazing as well. Plush and firm, all at the same time. The grounds are lovely as well. We looked forward to using the fire pits, but unfortunately it rained the night we had looked to do that. The room descriptions are nuanced, so pay attention when booking a room type. There IS a difference between oceanview and oceanfront. If you want to face the water, full on, choose an oceanfront room. Otherwise, the oceanview room only allows you a small glimpse of the water from the corner of your window.
The staff was very curious and professional. Our room was very humid, smelled of mold, and the A/C, while set at 68, never cooled the room. The beds made my back feel worse than the 10 ride from Orlando. I seriously contemplated sleeping in the car. Worst La Quinta stay Ivery ever experienced.

close to my customers
There was a large group staying for a football tournament. There were a lot of children. They ran the halls until 11 pm and started again at 4 am. The staff did nothing to stop them. It was terrible and many guests were upset at breakfast. I will never st
The room was actually smoke free and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were clean. They had good quality soap. The shower pressure was on the weak side.
It appeared new and clean, no issues at front desk, easy check in...breakfast was fresh, and even though it was a warm continental breakfast, it surpassed our expectations!!! During the time of my visit, the elevator was broken, so we had to walk up/down the stairs, but it was okay...
Great bed! 1) Front desk personnel did not ever smile! 2) The hotel had a 'nachos for guests' event one evening, but no advance notice. 3) This is a tourist area; NO MAPS! 4) Other family made reservations IN PERSON and got a rate $9 per night LESS than us.
The room was nice and comfortable very clean. Miles away from the beach or nice restaurant.
Very clean. No.
The cleanliness and the way the hotel looked. My room looked modern. I was so shocked. I have paid much more to stay in much worse in Biloxi. I was pleasantly surprised. Will be staying here from now on when I come to visit. My television kept turning off every few hours. My wifi kept disconnecting every couple of hours. These were pains because I had homework and other things to take care of.

Cleanliness and price Desk clerk could have been more personable.
