Cons (-) Booked this hotel with children and pool CLOSED! Leak in shower caused carpet to be saturated, toilets did not function well.

Pros (+) I liked the area. Safe feeling in an office park and near a high-end mall.
Cons (-) The breakfast was lacking...expecting better options such as fresh fruit. The syrup plate had ants...then after breakfast our key randomly didn't work..very inconvenient to have to go back and have the key re-keyed...though staff was pleasant and fixed the issue.
