Guests say

Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and uncomfortable rooms. Many reviews mention dirty bedding, unpleasant odors, lack of hot water, and ongoing renovations that negatively impacted the experience. However, some guests found the location convenient and a few noted clean linens or comfortable beds in isolated cases. Pros (+) Convenient location and good price. Ideal for single night.

Cons (-) Hotel needs refurbishment - room, carpets etc are in need of upgrading. Fire exit next to my room kept being opened (and left opened) presumably by visitors wanting to smoke outside,
