Clean comfortable and staff are very helpful and accommodating.
massage chairs in the spa were a big plus
The comfort of the rooms and big bathrooms along with the atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area. gorgeous breakfasts with very good attention to detail with what was on offer.
The shower was a bit low in both pressure and height and the room a bit cool.
The service in the bar was appalling and the hotel is starting to look shabby and neglected.
room was lovely
Checking out was long winded as only one receptionist on, we were checking out at 07.15am (not a busy time!) to be at an appt for 07.30 but receptionist was back & forward as couldn't find a receipt for customer in front of us and never once asked for someone to serve,so we were late for our appt by few minutes....poor
