Guests say
Most guests had significant concerns about cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, stained bedding, and poor maintenance as major issues. Some guests also reported feeling unsafe or uncomfortable due to the behavior of staff or other guests. However, several reviews praised the staff for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the hotel's location was frequently described as convenient for attractions and the seafront. A few guests felt the hotel offered good value for money given its budget status, but overall, negative experiences with cleanliness and safety dominated the feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
