Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and many found the location convenient for exploring the area. Some guests highlighted good value for money, especially given the proximity to attractions. However, several reviews raised serious concerns about cleanliness, with reports of bed bugs, dirty rooms, and maintenance issues. Noise from other guests and the surrounding area was also mentioned as a negative by some visitors. Overall, while the service and location were strong positives, cleanliness and noise were notable drawbacks.
