Pros: Great place! VERY CLEAN and well maintained room. Staff was terrific from start to finish!!! Breakfast was delicious as well!!! I’ve stayed at many places and the breakfast usually stinks! This one was yummmmmy!
Cons: Minor issues: Bed was a bit soft, so if that’s an issue for you... Beware ! I loved it, my daughter struggled. To each his own! WiFi didn’t work on our laptops ... but did... on our phones. The front desk lady (super sweet) came up to help us, but she too had trouble with it. Would be a problem for guests who needed it! We just worked off of a nearby open WiFi, and things were fine! Overall.... we really liked it! We didn’t use the gym or pool, but it looked very clean! Plus, they had a very nice fire going in the fire pit last night... even offered us s’mores! Unfortunately, we couldn’t accept! Girls have to watch their figures.... you know

Pros: The hotel was recently updated so everything was clean and new.
Cons: The staff was odd; front desk staff and cleaning staff were not professional. Front desk staff at night (three men) were not professional and told me I shouldn't have booked through a third party because the rate was higher, but when I called them to book directly their rate was higher and they told me I could not get a king bed, but when I went to the third party website a king bed was available. Cleaning staff were joking very loudly at 8 a.m. on a Sunday and laughed when guests asked them to quiet down. Also, three staff cleaning one room?

7.0 Good
Pros: n/a
Cons: Our room we have was so small for the price we paid. $162 on Friday and $89 on saturday and there were no cots available for our daughter to stay in the room with us
4.5 Okay
Cons: Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. "Queen size" is not for two... mattress need to be renew.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Although I had seen good reviews, the place exceeded expectations. I liked the layout of separate buildings, being able to park close to the room, while the room was spacious, clean and with an excellent kitchen area. There was some noise from the room above (I'd elected for a first floor room) but other than that it was remarkably quiet for a town location.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Central location and close proximity to the Mall area were both positives. The staff was OK as long as honesty isn't a criteria. When we arrived, we were given the wrong room (one king bed does not work for a family of two grandparents, one adult daughter and a baby). We were told that they were sorry, moved to a two-queen bed room, and assured we would be given a different room the next day. When we went to the desk the next day, we were told that we were on a waiting list if there was a cancellation but no rooms were available--that they would call us if a room was available. They then put us back in our original room. Unfortunately we had pre-paid. They refused to issue a refund, citing the clause in the pre-pay agreement. We paid for the two-king room, were given a one-king and had to rent a room in a nearby hotel for our adult daughter and grand-child.
Cons: The two-queen room we had on night one was filthy. The one-king room was cleaner. The fireplace in the one-king room did not work. They did not service the room everyday. It seemed to be a "by chance" sort of system--some days we had housekeeping, other days we did not.

Cons: beds were hard, BM noted in toilet as well as urine. breakfast was ok, not a large variety for a buffet. front desk staff proceeded to insult me and tell me how I overpaid on booking.com and i told them I called them directly and they quoted me a higher price because there was a wedding there that weekend and they had minimal rooms left.

Pros: The hotel and room were immaculate. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Very clean, uncarpeted floors

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, clean
Cons: Bed/mattress was horrible
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was nice-room was spacious. location was good for our visit-close to family. Several good dining options nearby.
Cons: The front desk personnel were not friendly or helpful at check in- to busy grumbling among themselves about having to clean up the store room to say hello. I had to ask if they could check me in , and when I ask about the dining room hours for breakfast they snapped it is all printed out in the room- shoved me the paperwork and key all the while still grumbling about whose job it was to clean the store room. Not a good first impression! When we got to the room, there were no coffee pods, or cups, only one set of towels for two guest- had to go down and get them our self from the front desk. ( both days of our stay) . This is not a budget hotel-but we were treated like it was.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nice room nice bedding nice tv
Cons: This happened to be an eve when a lot of jr high age children were staying at hotel. Loud running in the halls knocking on doors laughing and screaming in hall. Doors slamming up and down hallway. Pool was completely full of kids. We did complain the desk clerk did come up once and asked one kid to stop running at approximately 8:30 that was the only time we heard any adult say anything. I recorded the running and carrying on. We paid double what we normally pay to stay because we had driven over 8 hours. I had requested to be on the top floor when booking. Put on second floor. I was concerned about over head noise. We were exhausted and and I had a migraine. There was no adult supervision we do not know if the desk clerk contacted the adults in charge to ask that the kids be corrected and quieted down he stated quiet time starts at 9pm and made his rounds early. The noise and carrying on lasted well after 9pm. There Were numerous kids staying in rooms alone. The one adult knocked on their door the next morning to get them up and going he came from across the hall. The next morning there was no tables available for breakfast and we had no desire to eat in the middle of the very kids that made our night miserable. Couldn’t use the pool if we wanted unless we waited until late. The heater in the room makes a loud grinding sound when it kicks off and the toilet would run unless we took the lid off and messed with the lever. The bathroom shower surround needs attention. We feel honestly we shouldn’t be charged period but asked for a 50% reduction in charge. We would have moved at 9:30 had there been a room available at a nearby hotel. This has been clearly the worst stay ever. Thanks to the lack of controlling the situation. It is the managers responsibility to see that all clients are comfortable.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Rust in tub and looked dirty. Only 1 small soap.

6.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean. Hotel was beautiful in the lobby.
Cons: Heat did not work in our room. When I told the front desk she totally brushed it off. If I’m paying like $159 a night I’d like my heat to be working when it’s 40 degrees at night.

Pros: Banquet staff very helpful.
Cons: cleanliness in comon areas. Security, lights out in stairwells, remote doors always unlocked, dark parking lot

Pros: The lady behind the desk was amazing. She was inviting and very kind. Made us feel like we belonged there. Told us all of the things we needed to know
Cons: The elevators smelled not one but both. Other elevators was out of order. Hallways were not well kept. I had to call front desk on the 2nd night because of all the noise above or around me.they didn't call back to check if things were ok.more but no space

Cons: Elevator was broke and it was a very long walk to laundry without the elevator. Pool area was not that great. Could tell room had not been vacuumed because there was wrappers in the corner. the lobby furniture in my opinion is pretty dirty and it shows a lot of stains. Tony Romas was a disappointment because they made the wrong pizza and then would only re-do it if we left the room.....again to go get. After a long day of being in the pouring rain for 8 hours, it was aggravating.

Pros: Convenient location and friendly staff

Pros: Overall it is a decent room for the price.
Cons: The main room light has an energy-saving feature of shutting off if it does not detect movement, which means that if you are working at the desk or quietky reading in the room, it will probably not register enough movement to avoid automatically shutting off. Three hours of office work will probably mean you will need to turn on the light about 6-8 times.

4.2 Okay
Cons: beds were hard, BM noted in toilet as well as urine. breakfast was ok, not a large variety for a buffet. front desk staff proceeded to insult me and tell me how I overpaid on booking.com and i told them I called them directly and they quoted me a higher price because there was a wedding there that weekend and they had minimal rooms left.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and room were immaculate. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Very clean, uncarpeted floors
