Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which is close to attractions, restaurants, and downtown areas. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, presence of roaches, mold, and unpleasant odors. Several guests also reported uncomfortable beds and maintenance problems such as broken amenities and noisy environments. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff described as friendly and accommodating, while others were considered rude or unhelpful. Value for price was seen as fair by some, but others felt the hotel was overpriced given the condition of the rooms and facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
