The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor has an excellent big water view of the city. The ferry to the city is located immediately behind the hotel on the water. We didn't take it, but I know that it ran very frequently. The hotel's proximity to the airport was great! The shuttle bus from the hotel runs 24/7 every 20 minutes. On approach the revolving door was busted so we had to go through the handicapped door. The button to open said door was inoperable so I had to open it while pulling the valet cart. There’s a token microwave in the lobby opposite registration that serves as the unit for the whole establishment as there are not microwaves in the room. Hotel clean nice pictures lobby beautiful. Favorite was nighttime view of Boston absolutely gorgeous.Cocktails we’re great. 2 couples family we were all very impressed. One couple flying out next day seem less car rental and airport right there.We we’re on 15 th floor highly recommend

Cons (-) Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.

Pros (+) The location.
Cons (-) No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.

Cons (-) Anything other than sleeping and Wifi is expensive: Breakfast $25/person, parking $44/night. Room rate was fine, extra costs painful. Would not stay again, unless extra costs lowered.

Pros (+) The room and service were good in general.
Cons (-) No working desk was placed in room (the TV table has a surface and a chair but it is not comfortable to use as a working desk). Not enough outlets of electricity and USB were available to connect all of our phones, tablets and computers. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is. Place more vending and ice machines in every floor.
