Location was convenient to what we wanted to do
Great staff good location
Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Great last minute decision
We unexpectedly needed a hotel for one night in Boston. Went to Kayak for a solution and ended up in this luxury hotel for a very reasonable price right in downtown Boston just across the street from the Flower Show which was right where we wanted to go!
Great for business
"Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.
The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too.
We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
Very nice accommodations with a very comfortable b
The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise.
Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.
Great Hotel on the Boston Harbor!
The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
I don't have any criticisms of this hotel!
Newly renovated ... fantastic bathroom and shower
For guests traveling to Boston for business, pleasure, or an overnight layover, there's no shortage of hotels to choose from. As one of the country's oldest cities, the winding streets and diverse neighborhoods hold plenty of delight and historic charm. Travelers seeking something truly exceptional need look no further.
The Seaport Hotel boasts spectacular harbor views and 428 rooms and suites with pet-friendly options. It offers guests a gift shop, a children's program, one of the city's most highly rated 24-hour gyms, and an award-winning sustainability plan. Located at 1 Seaport Lane, it’s less than ten minutes from Logan Airport, Fenway Park, famous museums, and has its own mass transit stop as well as direct access to three major highways and a 2,300 space underground garage, making it the most accessible hotel in Boston.
The hotel's three on-campus restaurants give visitors a wide array of culinary options, from the locally-inspired TAMO Bistro & Bar to the grab-and-go delights of the Seaport Cafe. For more variety, the Seaport District is brimming with local restaurants and bars found just outside the doors.
The Executive Chef provides a seasonal menu for catering that may be delivered to any event in the eight ballrooms, six private dining rooms, six outdoor venues or the amphitheater. The hotel also offers wedding planning services for ceremonies of all types and sizes.
Providing a combination of warmth and modernity unique to Boston, The Seaport Hotel is as diverse and welcoming as its city. Reservations available at www.SeaportBoston.com or by calling 877-732-7678.

Dog owners and their four-legged companions can enjoy a variety of canine events, like the Canines & Cocktails seasonal party. For dog owners, this means appetizers and drinks, while dogs can benefit from the vast space and sniff out fellow canine friends. The Howl-O-Ween Costume party is another annual highlight where you and your pet can dress up spookily. Water and chewing toys are provided all year round.
You may refer to the front desk for a variety of fitness classes. Yoga, Pilates, or Barre are some of the options you will be offered during your stay, and take place in the hotel’s own gym. You can also arrange a private fitness session with a personal trainer.
To park in the onsite hotel parking lot, a fee of approximately $40 applies per day and car. As each room allows for one parking spot, reservation is not needed, but should you come with more than one car, you need to inform the hotel. As the parking lot is underground, your vehicle is protected from weather or vandalism.
Families can take advantage of the Seaport’s First Mate’s Club program, which entails a myriad of child and family-friendly services and features. Upon arrival, children can choose a little toy from the toy wagon and keep themselves entertained with a selection of family DVDs or games. Save money for attractions and enjoy a "children eat free breakfast" breakfast at Aura restaurant. Cribs and potty seats are also available upon request, as are safety stools and changing pads. Tickets for sports events, comedy events, or theater shows can be purchased, and restaurant reservations or recommendations are also available at the front desk.
Although an early check-in is not part of the hotel policy, the hotel is more than happy to let you into your room if it’s ready upon your early arrival. Should you have to wait until the official check-in time, you can store your luggage for free at the reception desk and start exploring Boston.
Rollaway beds are available, courtesy of the hotel, on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure additional sleeping space in your room, contact the hotel as far in advance as possible to secure a bed. Also note that Deluxe and Premium rooms cannot accommodate rollaway beds due to space limits.
