Pros (+) Wonderful building and facilities. Clean, comfortable. Great location.
Cons (-) I have stayed at several Starwood Hotels and usually the W staff is a little bit more hospitable and welcoming. This particular staff was not very welcoming and when I had questions I was met with some interesting attitudes. All in all, great hotel - just think like every hotel somethings can be improved.
