Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location and generally positive breakfast experience, with several reviews noting a good variety and quality. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, outdated facilities, and inconsistent service. Some guests also mention issues with bed comfort and noise. While a few found the staff helpful and check-in/out processes smooth, others experienced problems such as malfunctioning amenities and security concerns. Overall, the location and breakfast stand out as the main positives, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services.
