The location was excellent, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. Check-out later incurred a fee (extending to 14.00) but luckily we could leave our luggage for free whilst we toured around after usual checkout time (11.00).
Breakfast room needs enlarging
Room was adequate although lighting in bathroom needed improving. Staff very friendly.
Waited over an hour for breakfast - admittedly it was half term week & they were very busy but the breakfast room is clearly not big enough for the number of rooms they have .
I loved the location, the hotel was lovely and clean , the staff were amazing. The breakfast was also top class , loved that it was not a buffet breakfast and you could order of a menu so you were getting it fresh .
I didn't find anything that I didn't like about the hotel
The room was always nice and clean
Wardrobe door did not close and handles were hanging off cabinets not enough coat hangers . Breakfast was poor fruit was extra and should not cost £4.95 as an extra item my husband had haddock one morning and I think a goldfish would have been bigger!!’!!!!!
Very friendly staff on reception and breakfast. Bed was pretty comfortable and not just two singles pushed together. Location was perfect for the Brighton centre as we were going to watch a show. Got a discount code in welcome book for a local restaurant we utilised to get fish and chips. Quite cheap (I paid 75 for a double) for the location and a comfortable bed. Dog friendly which was lovely to see.
Small breakfast portion with the salmon. Poached egg very overcooked. All quite cold and breakfast area wasn't spaced out very well at all. In our room (level 4) you could constantly hear the lift when it was in use and heard others complaining it kept waking them up also. Toilet in room didn't look like it had been cleaned properly. Room got quite warm and stuffy quite fast. The view from our room wasn't great but didn't expect a fantastic view for the price I paid.
